 Regular exercise gives you these health benefits:

  • improved fitness
  • better posture and balance
  • better self-esteem
  • weight control
  • stronger muscles and bones
  • more energy
  • relaxation and stress reduction

My favorite activity is hiking. Why? It gives me a chance to be outdoors comfortably all year long. I see amazing things I wouldn’t see driving or even on a bike. I am strengthening my muscles, ligaments and bones. I am increasing my heart rate and feeling positive energy all over. Hiking allows me to consistently stimulate my senses and my Nervous System- all a part of a balanced healthy lifestyle! Please join me on one of my groups many hikes for all levels at letshike.ca
