Dr. Leo Quan, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic | Network Spinal Analysis

Dr. Leo is from Vancouver, British Columbia and completed his Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has a huge passion for personal empowerment through Network Spinal Analysis and Somato Respiratory Integration.

Dr. Leo has an eclectic mix of interests. Prior to studying chiropractic, he received his Visual Arts BFA at Simon Fraser University and worked as a graphic designer. He enjoys writing poetry, practicing yoga, exploring the city by bicycle, living sustainably, and advocating raw food nutrition. Dr. Leo is committed to the transformation of humanity through the healing power of touch.

Dr. Anita Rajan, DC

Chiropractor | Ayurveda practitioner

Dr. Anita Rajan is happy to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness. She completed her BSc. degree from the University of Windsor, and then pursued her studies to become a chiropractor at the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, IL. Dr. Rajan began practicing in southern California, where she was surrounded by healing and the wellness lifestyle. After returning home to Canada, Dr. Rajan has continuously taken courses to help patients understand how to reach their health goals. With her holistic spa and ayurvedic background, she offers a unique approach to patient care.

Dr. Rajan’s favourite activities include yoga, dancing, running, and swimming. She enjoys painting, decorating and creative writing. She is passionate about keeping mind-body balance and would like to guide her patients in achieving their optimum health.

Dr. Sue Sutherland, DC

Dr. Sue is from Stoney Creek, Ontario. She completed her Chiropractic degree and Bachelor of Sciences in Melbourne Australia. During her studies she had the opportunity to travel to many countries, including completing a 3-week intern program in the Philippines. Following her studies Dr. Sue practiced in Melbourne before returning to Canada to be closer to her family. Since her homecoming, Dr. Sue has been spending many weekends enjoying the great outdoors; hiking and camping in Ontario’s fantastic wilderness. She enjoys painting, pottery and making natural skin potions. Dr. Sue has been studying Network Spinal Analysis since 1996, and is passionately assisting many people, along their path to greater health by providing care that will help them to grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. With Network Chiropractic Care she envisions people making healthier decisions, achieving a greater quality of life and ultimately a healthier, more loving planet.

Dr. Tara Andresen, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Tara Andresen is a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) practicing in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she held a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from McGill University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from York University. Dr. Andresen is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Dr. N. Rashida, MD, DO

Energy Kinesiology, Osteophathy

Dr. Rashida was trained as a medical doctor in India. In search of a holistic approach to health, she studied and explored various alternative therapies and energy systems. She found the perfect answer in Touch for Heatlh (TFH), Osteopathy, Professional Kinesiology, Applied Physiology, Energy Psychology, Nutritional Kinesiology, Birth and Post-Birth Reflex Integration Pranic Healing – Chakra Balance, Sport Specific Muscle Balance, Mudra Therapy and EFT. She integrates these amazing and almost unbelievably simple ways to balance energies. Dr. Rashida is a member of the Canadian Association of Specialized Kinesiology, the General Osteopathic Council of Canada and the International Kinesiology College of Australia. Caitlin McAulay, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Caitlin is a native Torontonian and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Kitchener. She found her calling to massage therapy while working abroad and believes whole-heartedly in holistic therapies. She has faith in the use of multiple modalities for stress management and facilitated healing. Caitlin’s drive comes from her love for her work and helping people better their mental and physical states.

Caitlin is certified in Hot Stone and Pregnancy massage. She also incorporates deep tissue techniques for individual clients needs.

Ceinwen Gobert, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Ceinwen Gobert is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic. She also has a BA in Dance with an emphasis in kinesiology and ballet. Ceinwen’s interest in Massage Therapy arose from her extensive experience as a professional dancer and the injuries and musculoskeletal conditions that she encountered in that profession. First hand experience in recovering from and treating numerous conditions, from pain associated with repetitive strain injuries, muscle spasms, ACL and MCL injury rehabilitation, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, and chronic pain, has led to Ceinwen’s belief in massage therapy as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

Kirill Boutko, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Kirill Boutko graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto. In his practice, Kirill incorporates the knowledge and techniques of therapeutic Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, Hot Stone Shiatsu, Thai massage, Reflexology and Reiki. He has also studied ancient healing therapies in Peru, Mexico, India, and Europe. Kirill is passionate about his practice and feels grateful to “help balance the Universe one person at a time.”

Alain Richard, RT-CRA/RP-CRA

Registered Reiki Practitioner/Teacher (Master), Qi Gong Instructor

Originally from France, Alain immigrated to Montreal in 1987, and then moved to Toronto in 2000. He completed the three levels of Reiki at the Amethyst Reiki Centre, and became a Reiki Master in 2006.

In 2009, he took the “Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care” program from the “Halton Peel Palliative Care Consultation & Education,” adding more skills to his practice for cancer and long-term care patients.

In 2009, Alain followed a Nutritional Cleansing program to detoxify the entire body. Experiencing the good benefits, he decided to learn how to coach people, and he helps them to detoxify and get healthy eating habits.

In 2011, Mr. Henry Hu, a Crane Qi Gong Master, offered to train Alain as a Crane Qi Gong instructor because of his strong experience with the Reiki energy work and his past experience with Tai Chi. Mr. Hu has 30 years of experience with Crane Qi Gong he learned in Beijing, China.

Yuval Blum, L.Ac, Dip TCM

Licensed Acupuncturist and Practitioner of Chinese Medicine

Yuval Blum is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem School of Classical Chinese Medicine and a member of The Canadian Association of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine. He specializes in the “Stems and Branches Method”, a unique ancient technique utilizing Chinese Astrology, the understanding of the Human Body, Mind and Soul and the effects thereon of the Rules of Nature. In addition to receiving his diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yuval is also a graduate of CCTM (under the direction of Peter Van Kervel, its founder), a course that analyzes and translates Western Pathology into Chinese Medicine application. Yuval utilizes his knowledge to identify the root of the body’s imbalance to devise specialized personalized treatment solutions that lead to optimum results and patient well-being. In his free time he likes to cook and to listen to music.

Leslie Ann Molnar, MSW

Social Worker and Therapist

Leslie is a dynamic and energetic professional with more than 25 years of work experience. Her treatment philosophy takes a relational psychodynamic and holistic approach to help people from all ages and stages of life improve their overall well-being. She approaches her work in partnership with each person and believes there is a mutual accountability in the therapeutic relationship. Leslie has extensive experience in working with youth, individuals, and families from diverse backgrounds. She is a trained Addiction Specialist and Mental Health Practitioner and has facilitated workshops and trainings for groups and organizations in areas including: parenting, self esteem, assertiveness, domestic violence, and career planning and job search. She has a solid grounding in the practice modalities of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and relational therapy and has experience in areas such as:
