Wouldn’t it be nice….
To feel peace instead of pain?
To feel joy instead of sorrow?
To feel connection versus disconnect?
To have increased energy?
To connect with ourselves on a deeper level?
To have more awareness of what our body’s subtle messages are telling us?
To be able to relax and slow down on demand?
Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breathing) Integration™ (SRI) is a powerful and easy tool for us to experience our body in new ways and to achieve extraordinary health.
Using focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch, we learn to connect to our body’s rhythms and inner wisdom. With SRI, we have the ability to expand our body-awareness, and have a personalized tool for our healing and empowerment.
SRI is a stand-alone practice and also enhances the benefits of Network Spinal Analysis. Somato Respiratory Integration exercises (based on Donald Epstein’s book The Twelve Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness) are designed to help the brain reconnect with the body offering new options in our physical experience and in our personal healing.
Through the practice of Somato Respiratory Integration, we develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom and love in relationship to the experience of our body, its vibration, structure, and energy.
