Registered Massage

Massage is known to help reduce and prevent stress, tension and discomfort of injuries or chronic conditions. We constantly carry tension in our bodies whether from work or personal stressors, poor ergonomics or activities of daily living.

Massage Therapy treats the soft tissues of the body to help the body achieve a normal, healthy state; specifically muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments.

Massage therapy is effective in the treatment of many conditions including, but not limited to: headaches, muscle spasm, sprains, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, tendonitis, and repetitive strain injuries.

Treatments are half an hour, forty five minutes, one hour or ninety minutes for a full body massage. Clients dress to their level of comfort. Oil or cream is generally used.
