Registered Massage Therapy

Massage TherapyMassage is known to help enhance function, promote relaxation, and aid in healing. We constantly carry tension in our bodies whether from work or personal stressors, poor ergonomics or activities of daily living. Massage Therapy can help reduce and prevent stress, tension and discomfort from injuries or chronic conditions. It is great as a stand-alone practice or in conjunction with other therapies.

Massage Therapy works by treating the soft tissues of the body to help achieve a normal, healthy state; specifically hands work on muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments with some degree of pressure.

Our therapists are pleased to offer the following massage therapy modalities:

  • Swedish Registered massage
