SRI- Season of Discover Breathe workshop

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a revolutionary approach that includes specific exercises which link enhanced somatic awareness with respiration. Spinal Flow Yoga Classes

Yoga instructor Genie Davis leads this class focusing on gentle flowing spinal movements and basic postures, restoring balance and flexibility to all of your muscles and joints. This calming, balancing series of movements invigorates the muscles while relaxing the mind.

Beating Stress through Breath Workshop
 
STRESS. It’s a word we are all familiar with, and unfortunately it’s a major contributor to many diseases and illnesses that currently plague us.
 
As a chiropractor, I continually see patients who express that stress is the root cause of their current health issues.  For most people they are aware that stress is negatively affecting them, but they are unsure about what they can do about it or how they can change the way that they are living.
 
The first step in understanding how stress is affecting them is to become more self aware and connect with their bodies. This gives individuals an opportunity to increase their level of consciousness and use their pain, illness and disease as their fuel for change. 
 
At the Beating Stress through Breath Workshop, participants will learn how to connect with their body, ease stress, depression and anxiety by using very easy to learn breathing techniques.
