The cherry blossoms have shown up and plants, trees and flowers are blooming. It’s a beautiful sight and for some, a challenging time for allergies.

Scents and Perfumes at Source Centre

Practitioners, patients and practice members at Source are often affected by pollen, smoke, and perfumes. To ensure the best possible air quality at Source, we have been using salt crystal lamps and nebulizers to purify the air.

Effective May 1, we are going scent-free to further improve air quality at Source. Scents from natural sources such as essential oils can still be used. If you normally apply perfumes or colognes, we ask that you wait until you have completed your visit at Source before applying. Ask us more about the benefits of going scent-free.

Babysitting at Source Centre

As a new father, I know how important it is to care for your baby all the time. And that includes during your entrainment time! Starting Monday May 1, Source Centre will be offering complimentary babysitting in the reception room every Monday from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Now you can get and entrained AND have your baby cared for.

Breathing Classes using SRI

It’s back by popular demand. Lana is back and will be leading Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) classes on Mondays at 6:30pm right after entrainments complete. Classes are included with everyone’s care plan with Dr. Leo. Classes are 20 minutes in length and will cover 1 stage of SRI. The first class starts Monday May 15. Please reserve your seat with Rekha.

Yoga Classes

Lana now offers gentle Hatha yoga classes Mondays at 7:30pm. Classes are 60 minutes and begin Monday May 15 after Lana’s 6:30pm SRI class. Please reserve your seat with Rekha. It’s $10 and bring your own mat.

Presence in Your Health

It’s the cherry blossoms of High Park, Toronto Island, or Trinity Bellwoods. The arrival of a new life. Baby’s first words. Nothing brings you closer than being right there. It’s no different when it comes to your healing process. Healing requires you to be in the process, and putting energy into it. If you find yourself preoccupied during your entrainment and during periods of rest, you are missing a valuable opportunity to participate in your healing. Ask us how you can get more out of your entrainments and your rest time.

Yours in health,
Dr. Leo
