Discover Peace & Calm with Somato Respiratory Integration - Join us tomorrow night at 7:30pm! ***Thurs Oct 6th***

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a simple and powerful series of exercises that helps you reach deep levels of relaxation.

You can experience a profound impact on your health and well-being with 3 minutes of SRI a day. All you need are your hands and your breath!

Finding peace, ease and happiness is vital to our health and well-being, yet so often elusive in our modern age of 24/7 demands.

Join us for this introductory workshop to discover SRI as an easy and effective stress management tool!

This workshop is $10 to attend. If you are on a Network plan with one of our Chiropractors, this session is included.

For many of us, the fall is a time where we “get back to work” and return to our busy routines.

Many people will work exceptionally hard as the seasons change, but without balance, they find themselves burnt out by the time November comes around. For human beings, autumn presents a time to find a healthy balance between work/family/school routines and self-care. It is a time to slow down and recover from the summer’s fast-paced activities. It encourages us to look into ourselves in an introspective way and do some internal emotional cleansing. It’s a good time for moderate physical activities like yoga, tai chi, meditation or other deep breathing exercises.
